We specialise in providing engineering services for a number of our technology partners. We can carry out roll-out projects in IT and Telephony across the UK and Europe.
Many of our clients use our services to supplement their own work force in remote locations or just busy times.
Examples of projects we have carried out for our technology partners include:
– Installation of Wi-Fi and fibre TV distribution into apartment blocks.
– Nationwide router upgrade roll-out project across the UK for a large retail chain.
– Covid-19 Response: Installation & Setup of a temporary regional call centre for a finance customer.
– Upgrade of Telephone handsets for a hospitality customer call centre.
Engineers
All of our engineers are experienced in IT and Telecoms installations and have a minimum 3 years industry experience.
Selected engineers have manufacturer accreditation for the systems we install and support.
Vehicles
We send our engineers out in vehicles equipped with full tool kits including drills, step ladders and vacuum cleaners to tackle a variety of jobs.
Remote Access
Using Windows 10 pro laptops and the utilisation of remote access software, equipped with a variety of test cables including console cables for the testing and configuration of switch stacks and routers.
This enables us to act as intelligent hands and eyes for our technology partners.
ECS/CSCS
Our Engineers hold relevant and up to date ECS/CSCS cards. These cards are officially recognised by Government, major industry, employers and clients as proof of competence and relevant health and safety training in the engineer’s field of work.
Health & Safety
Asbestos awareness, working at heights and manual handling training certificates held by our engineers.
Whilst also adopting best practice set out by government guidelines on COVID-19 and the workplace our engineers are carrying Full PPE, including masks gloves and hand sanitiser during the COVID-19 pandemic.
